Position : Market Intelligence Analyst – Intern
Responsibilities:
• Monitoring, collecting, analyzing and reporting external competitive environment and market conditions
• Reporting defined standard competitive intelligence
• Maintain standardized and automate Excel reports weekly
• Arrange and organize intelligence data for multi-purpose use
Requirements:
University degree, preferably in Information Technology & Business or equivalent studies
• Strong analytical skills and ability to connect and analyze information
• Excellent skills in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot, macro) and Visual basic, experience with databases
• Work effectively and collaboratively with coworkers
• Ability to think through problems and provide solutions
• Self-motivated and focused on delivering quality products
• Fluent written and spoken English skills
Position : Accounting – Intern
Responsibilities:
•Maintain complete records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, and information related to supplies
•Work in the accounting department in daily and monthly
•Communicating with suppliers to ensure charges are accurate and that payments are received in a timely manner.
•Communicating with clients to discuss account statuses, charges, or discrepancies
Requirements:
•Understanding of accounting principles and current financial legislation.
•Exceptional time management, communication, and problem solving skills.
•Basic computer skills with knowledge of bookkeeping software.
•knowledge of SAP is preferred
•Organized and detail-oriented.
•Ability to accurately and efficiently analyze data.
•Fluent written and spoken English skills
Position : Logistic - Manager
Responsibitlies:
•Strategically plan and manage logistic solutions, warehouse, transportation and customer services
•Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
•Arrange warehouse, plan routes and process shipments
•Resolve any arising problems or complaints regarding logistic services
•Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
•Analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
•PSI Management and regular report
•Manage goods Issues / good receipt posting
•Comunnicate with Multi-Plants and forwarders including delivery documentation preparation
•Conduct Invoice posting of logistic cost
•Communicate with logistic partners for Inbound planning of containers / trucks deliveries
•Closely work with Sales, Order Desk, and other relevant department
Requirements:
•Proven working experience as a logistics manager
•Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
• Bachelor‘s degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields
• Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge or understanding
• Capability to multitask in dynamic environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual with Italian / Korean language and english language (written and spoken)
• Strong passion for job achievements and team oriented
• Good knowledgement of SAP / Excel
